A leading property management company was looking for a technology partner to provide an out of the box Disaster Recovery solution for their call center employees during the upcoming summer/fall hurricane season. In the past few years they have experienced downtime that has lasted more than a few days at their primary Call center facility in Virginia Beach. With this challenge, the property management company tasked 2020 Teknology, a trusted technology partner, to research and procure the right solution for their needs. They needed a solution that can be quickly deployed, and plug and play right out of the box during a natural disasters.
The property management company manages over 350 properties nationwide, so downtime is not acceptable.
