Remote Support

Please follow the instructions below to access iCore Remote Support.

1. Click on the icon below to access iCore Remote Support through the TeamViewer software
2. A file "TeamViewerQS.exe" will begin to download, open the file once it has finished downloading
3. A new window will pop up to run the software. Click "Run"
4. A window will pop up providing you with an ID and Password
5. Please provide Customer Support with the given information
