Roger brings a vast and diverse background of knowledge and experience to his role. With over 17 years in the telecom industry, Roger joins iCore Networks as a veteran coming from such companies as Allnet Communications serving as Vice President, and Deltacom as their Senior Vice President of Sales. At Deltacom he played the crucial role of growing their sales branches to 40 branches from six, increasing annual revenue to $550 million as well as keeping attrition below their targeted goal.
As Chief Strategic Officer, Roger is responsible for overseeing the implementation of iCore's internal training program which is aimed at positioning iCore's employees as the top telecom and IT professionals. Roger also has a strategic focus in profitable sales, base retention and growth in services.
